Always great place for a casual breakfast or lunch. Thankfully the prices here are more in line with the local economy rather than vacation visitors. Get in here for a good meal at a reasonable price. 10/3/24 We’re back after too long to Imelda’s new location for lunch and the food is better than ever. We had the pork enchiladas & fish filet for lunch. Both dishes were tasty with large portions. The homemade hot sauce elevated the meals. Thank you !

We’ve been here three days and have been searching for excellent Mexican food and finally found it! This exceeded expectations. Fish tacos are light and perfectly fried just like in Baja California. The burrito is amazing. Banana milkshake is a must. Favorite meal of the trip by far.

Don't miss out this fantastic, delicious food!!! Everything is so fresh and the portions are very big. Everything we ate was so tasty. The best burritos de pollo I ever had. The special sauce is very hot, but 100% natural and homemade, as well as the ice cream. The place is very cozy to sit and watch the street and if you're lucky some squirrels. The ladies who run the place are soooo kind and caring.

Best food and service. We came for lunch and dinner. On Friday nights they make a buried pig. Their tamales and cochinita Pibil is incredible. Also try stuffed peppers. You will not regret!

Absolutely delicious food in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The hostess was so sweet and patient with our somewhat large group. All of it was amazing, but I personally loved the fish tacos! I’ll also be going back to eat again and buy a bottle of their hot sauce.

A very short walk away from the beach clubs/bars is this small unassuming diner with a lovely waitress. We ate the chicken enchiladas and the fried fish (recommended by the waitress), and both were spectacular. Their home made hot sauce was simply delicious and packed a bit of a punch. Other guests around us had the fish tacos which looked awesome and the popsicles also seemed to be a bit. They accept cash and card and for us it was a much more appealing option than the overpriced beach bars. Enjoy!
